The Shepherding Mentorship will be the first of its kind. This program is an immersive and advanced invitation; an intimate and personalized training container based on the full spectrum of shepherding—from the nitty gritty purification of ego, to managing field dynamics and stabilizing group unity… to practical, self-realized leadership and vision… to hands-on skills like public speaking, conflict resolution, and aligned productivity).
Led by Bentinho’s core teammates and facilitators—Cory, Romee, Mesh & Meghan—with support and appearances by many other teammates, the Shepherding Mentorship is set to begin Saturday, January 10 for a maximum capacity of 80 mentees.
We have not yet launched this program publicly because many of the specifics are still in the works, but our team wanted to open early applications exclusively to Zenith Retreat and Desert Immersion participants.
