What is The Shepherding Mentorship?
A “shepherd” is someone who is confident and free of personal insecurity, wholeheartedly committed to empowering and uplifting others, and most importantly: guided by God (or Source, Truth, or Reality) above all else.
The Shepherding Mentorship is an advanced 6-month training with a refined, practical curriculum. It is guided by—and includes unlimited private coaching with—Cory, Romee, and Mesh, three of Bentinho’s core teammates and MU facilitators, plus additional support from facilitators Luuk, Meghan, Mark, and other members of the team. You will have unprecedented access to our standard, our way of relating, and quality of presence.
The Shepherding Mentorship is immersive and will require your presence. It won’t suffice to coast in the background, half-ass the assignments, miss calls regularly, or do the bare minimum. This is only for the seeker who is legitimately ready to transcend his or her fearful, controlling, or self-sabotaging tendencies. We will count on your full engagement and your ongoing transparency—even in challenging moments.
Awakening spreads via proximity. Your true nature—who you are at your core and the gift you are designed to share with humanity—awaits your humble and powerful commitment. Either you are ready for a mentorship like this or you aren’t—and both are equally perfect. What to expect
Become crystal clear on your personal mission, what you are here for, and be mentored, supported, and held accountable as you step fully into your unique life-stream.
Expose and disconfirm the biases, attachments and blindspots which inhibit your capacity to lead, teach, and uplift. As you become free from such limitations, you become more of an empty (and therefore generous) shepherd.
Collaborate with an advanced community dedicated to the same thing. Practice your Shepherding skills in a real context, and build friendships for life.
Understand and master the subtleties of Service-to-others polarization in your specific context.
Develop transparency of personality and uproot your biases and lack beliefs.
Become someone who leads from presence, not personality. As a guide you will elevate others simply by how you show up moment to moment.
In your life, you will be a stabilizing force in chaotic environments, and a pillar of calm.
Become trustworthy—both to yourself and to your circle of influence. You will be a living example of alignment, integrity, and generosity.
Be met—truly. Especially for those who are not used to being seen for their true brilliance and potential (and also for those who are used to getting away with subtle manipulation tactics)—in this environment you will feel truly seen, met, and held to a refreshingly high standard.

The Roadmap:
14 Modules
Over the course of 26 weeks, we will move through 14 modules. Every other Saturday from January 10 – July 11, we will have a live Zoom call in which we will introduce a new module—each with a core teaching, dialogues, a rotation of your small practice group, and unique assignments and study prompts to complete before the next module.
Start Date: Saturday, January 10 – July 11, 2026 (6-month duration).
Capacity: Limited to 80 mentees.
Calls: 14 full-length live group video calls (hosted every other Saturday, starting January 10, at rotating times to accommodate multiple time zones.)
Access: Group chat with ongoing access to the facilitators. Mentees will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact on group calls, in breakout groups, and during private coaching sessions.
In-Person Retreat: We are currently mapping out a dedicated retreat exclusively for Shepherding Mentees. This is a chance to meet your fellow mentees and the team in person, train in living contexts, and deepen the friendships you’ve been building on the way. Location, dates, and pricing will be shared once confirmed.
UNLIMITED PRIVATE one-on-one coaching with Cory, Romee & Mesh.
What makes unlimited private coaching with so many mentees possible? We—the facilitators—will hold a high bar for you—our mentees—to collaborate with us instead of “consume” us. In other words, instead of pulling or pushing, we will expect you to be at the cutting edge of your own trajectory; to be doing the assignments and leaning in; to have implemented your latest learnings from previous calls; and to be ready to create your own breakthrough with our support. This results in generative and efficient coaching sessions, and invites you into our team standard.Community: Small rotating breakout groups, and practice teams. In addition, you will have access to the entire Adept Membership in Massaro University, including all workshops, classes, community calls, and other initiatives.
Curriculum: A robust and thorough curriculum that goes from A-Z—from grounded skills and practical tools to challenges to get out of your comfort zone, to subtle nuances of field dynamics, inspiring leadership, and emptiness of self.

Your attendance is not mandatory, but live engagement is highly recommended to maximize the effect of these calls. To facilitate this, call times will rotate to accommodate as many time-zones as possible, and recordings will be provided.
