Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use bentinhomassaro.com, massaro.university, the Massaro University app, or buy or join any of our courses, memberships, recordings, events, retreats, mentorships or other programs (together, "our offerings").

Our offerings are provided by Massaro University, the trade name of Trinfinity LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, support@bentinhomassaro.com ("Massaro University", "we", "us", "our").

By using our offerings, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Massaro University runs on Mighty Networks, so the Mighty Networks Terms of Use also apply to your use of their platform.

Some programs (such as mentorships, retreats and in-person events) have their own participation agreement. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the program agreement applies for that program.

2. Who can use our offerings

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy anything, or take part in our programs and events.

3. Not professional advice

Our teachings are spiritual and educational. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for it. If you have a physical or mental health condition, talk to a qualified professional before joining meditation practices, retreats or intensive programs, and don't stop any treatment because of our content. You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing. Use your own discernment and take on only what feels right for you.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Your membership is for you only — don't share access or resell content.

5. Payments and subscriptions

  • Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

  • Subscriptions (e.g. The Monthly Pass) renew automatically each billing period at the price shown, until you cancel. We charge the payment method you gave us.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Massaro University account settings, or by emailing support@bentinhomassaro.com. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

  • Payment plans: if you choose to pay in instalments, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Instalments can't be paused or skipped. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is paid.

  • We may change prices for future periods. If a subscription price changes, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including memberships, recordings, courses, mentorships, retreats, events and donations.

Exceptions:

  • If we cancel a program or event, you get a full refund of what you paid, or, for events, the option to move your payment to a future event.

  • If we remove you from a program because of your behaviour, the program's own agreement says whether any refund applies.

  • Program agreements: some programs have their own refund terms (for example, a mentorship may be refundable until the first session). Those terms apply for that program.

  • Events: instead of a refund, you may be able to give your place to another approved participant, with our agreement.

Individual requests: if something has gone wrong or your situation is exceptional, write to us at support@bentinhomassaro.com. We read every request personally and may offer a full or partial refund, credit or other solution at our discretion. This is a goodwill gesture, not a right.

Customers in the EU/EEA and UK: by law, you can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days. For recordings and courses, this right ends once you start accessing them, if you agreed at checkout that access starts immediately. For memberships, if you cancel a new membership within 14 days of first signing up, email us at support@bentinhomassaro.com and we will refund the unused part. After those 14 days, the normal rules above apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

7. Donations

Donations go to Massaro University to support the work described on our Donate page. Massaro University is not a registered charity, so donations are not tax-deductible. A donation does not buy any product or service and is non-refundable, except for mistakes (such as a duplicate payment) reported within 30 days.

8. Events and retreats

In-person events have their own participation agreement covering travel, health, safety, behaviour and cancellation. You will be asked to accept it when you register.

9. Our content

All teachings, recordings, texts, courses, images and branding on our offerings belong to us or Bentinho Massaro, or are used with permission. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, record, download (unless we offer a download), share, sell or publish them without our written permission. Brief quotations for non-commercial purposes, with credit and a link, are permitted.

10. Your content and community rules

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it in Massaro University, you let us show it within the community. Please be respectful and honour other members' privacy: don't share their names, stories, recordings or screenshots outside the community without their consent. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

If we'd like to use one of your questions, an exchange with you, or a recording that features you for teaching purposes, we always ask your permission before publishing it.

11. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or end parts of our offerings. If we end a paid offering before the period you paid for is over, we will give you a fair refund for the unused part. We don't promise our offerings will always be available or error-free.

12. Liability

As far as the law allows: we provide our offerings "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country you live in.

13. Ending your use

You can stop using our offerings and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If there's a dispute, please contact us first — most things can be sorted out quickly. If you live in the EU/EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and tell you by email or on our sites if the changes are significant. Continuing to use our offerings after that means you accept the new terms.
